Return and Exchange Policy

Our Policy 

We want your customer to love our jewellery as much as you do. If your customer decides their piece is not right, reach out to us to initiate your return. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, and sent back in its original packaging.

We guarantee items for 14 days after customer has received their item. After that, the seller is responsible for the return.

There is a $5.95 USD handling charge for return shipping that will be deducted from your refund. Please email us at info@925silvercharmed.com to initiate your return. The return shipping cost is assumed by you.

Exclusions:

Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:

  • Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale within the Additional Product Information section on the product page.
  • Sale items: Any item purchased at a discount  will be considered final sale
  • Personalized jewelry: All initial jewelry, jewelry containing numbers, monogrammed and engraved items.
  • Custom or specialized orders: Any jewelry piece we do not carry on our site

Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase.

Refunds take approximately one week to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
